1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of SONDIGIT PRIVATE LIMITED or contracting our services (Digital Marketing, IT Solutions, Web Engineering, AI Automations), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our formal Statement of Work (SOW) milestone agreements.

2. Scope of Professional Services

All project deliverables, sprint schedules, milestones, and technical specifications are defined in mutually signed proposals or invoices issued by SONDIGIT PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U73100MP2026PTC085425). Any scope alterations requested outside the original agreement will be handled through documented addendums.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon complete payment settlement of agreed contract fees, full 100% intellectual property ownership of bespoke custom codebases, design assets, and marketing creatives is transferred to the client. SONDIGIT retains the right to display non-confidential project visuals in our portfolio case studies.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from services provided by SONDIGIT PRIVATE LIMITED shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
